Braking is a luxury in Smashy Drift. You'll race on busy roadways, weave between lanes, and make 360-degree spins adjacent to walls. Controlling your drift is your sole hope of survival in modern cities or the bleak Driftapocalypse.
Left Arrow / Left Click: Drift skillfully to the left.
Right Arrow / Right Click: Drift aggressively to the right.
Hold down the control key: Activate Wall Tap when close to a wall to receive a huge combo bonus.
Don't be afraid of cliffs or walls. Try gently tapping them while drifting. A precise Wall Tap not only looks good but also helps you maintain your score multiplier.
On straight stretches of road with lots of traffic, keep your car stable. Only perform short drifts to accumulate energy and avoid collisions with oncoming vehicles.
Roadside supports are "lifelines." They can speed you up or prevent a small crash.
Smaller cars are better at getting around in busy city streets, whereas bigger cars are better at doing 360-degree spins at high speeds.
