In Sorry Bob, you're not a genius doctor with steady hands. Instead, you're a trainee doctor with shaky hands, clumsily controlling each finger to the point where you have to apologize to the patient.
No modern laser scalpels. No smooth manipulation. Just you, an uncontrollable arm, and Bob, the patient hoping to survive this surgery.
Your task in each level is simply to complete the surgery correctly. Avoid causing the patient to lose too much blood. Complete it before the health bar drops to zero. It sounds simple, but that's until you try holding a scalpel with five fingers controlling it individually.
Open your fingers wide enough to grasp the instrument, applying just the right amount of force to avoid dropping it. Move slowly and steadily to achieve the surgical goal. A single strong jerk of the hand can turn the surgery into a disaster.
The patient's health bar will decrease if you cut incorrectly, hit too hard, or drop instruments on them.
You can use a syringe to assist, but the best approach is to keep your hand steady and operate with control. Completing the objective before the blood runs out is the only way to pass the level.
